Update 2/28/25 - I love coming to see Annie and Kendall. I have gotten additional services with excellent outcomes. Annie always delivers on the sample and treats! Annie has been my go to injector since I moved to Dallas a couple of years ago. She’s wonderful to work with and is thorough in her consultations and with her recommendations. I’m never disappointed with my results and always feel heard when discussing any new concerns. Also, the new location is adorable.
Update 2/25/25: started getting my platysmal bands done with Botox and never looked better! Still my favorite place! I recently had a BBL laser treatment with Kendall. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, ensuring I had a clear understanding of what to expect. Her knowledge and confidence made me feel reassured and extremely comfortable. One aspect that really stood out about Kendall was her attention to detail and friendly, approachable demeanor. She created a welcoming atmosphere and it was evident that she prioritized my comfort and satisfaction. The results of the treatment exceeded my expectations and Kendall checked in with me after to answer any remaining questions. Overall, I would highly recommend MAI Aesthetics and Kendall.
Update 2/27/25- MAI continues to be the best! I will be going here for years to come. Annie and Kendall are amazing! They are so great to work with. They always know what to recommend to help keep me looking my best and their team makes it easy to fit appointments into my busy schedule.
Updated: I came back for a follow up appointment 3 months after my initial visit. My masseters have been feeling much better. It’s not as tight as what it was previously. I got my maintenance dose of Dysport today. Please don’t wait too long to come back for a maintenance injection! It’s much easier to manage not only for yourself but also for the ones treating you. I love the staff here. They’re so sweet and personable. I came in to get an evaluation on my masseters due to excessive grinding. I have really bad grinding habits, and a lot of times it causes jaw pain for a few days. I was worried since this was my first time looking into getting injections done, but I’m so glad I did. I ended up getting Dysport in my masseters. It’s been a month now since my first treatment, and my grinding has decreased tremendously. The tension has lessened, and my face doesn’t look so puffy and round anymore due to the muscles overworking itself over the years. Overall, it was a great experience, and the staff is super nice and friendly.
