Annie Nguyen is a double-board certified nurse practitioner. From Texas Woman’s University, Annie received her Master of Nursing Science degree and Bachelor’s degrees in nursing science and business administration. As a nurse, Annie has worked in operating rooms, recovery clinics, and aesthetics practices (or medspas). Annie has experience with numerous medical aesthetics treatments, including FDA-approved neuromodulators (BOTOX® Cosmetics, Xeomin, Jeuveau, and Dysport®), dermal fillers (Restylane®, Sculptra®, Juvederm®, Radiesse®), Kybella, and PDO threads. Not only does Annie have the medical background to make you feel safe and secure, but she also has a keen eye for aesthetics. She has worked for over 20 years as a cosmetologist, where she has honed her aesthetic skills. The combination of Annie’s aesthetic skills and knowledge of medicine helps her create a look for you that is both beautiful and natural.
Annie holds certifications and specializes in several sectors of aesthetic medicine, including PDO thread lifts, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) therapy, and cosmetic injectables, like BOTOX®, Dysport®, Restlyane®, Sculptra®, JUVÉDERM®, RADIESSE®, Jeuveau®, XEOMIN®, and KYBELLA®. She is also trained in CoolSculpting® and in using microcannulas.

Annie is the best! I did my research and found MAI after years of varied experiences at other med spas in DFW. Annie listened to my past experiences and talked through my concerns. She offered several different treatment options to address my neck issue. I chose what worked best for my budget and she respected that without pushing or trying to upsell me. We also discussed how other treatments that other aestheticians suggested were counterintuitive and would not warrant the expense nor the desired result. I lost a significant amount of weight which resulted in sagging skin in my neck area. We did xeomin to smooth and some PDO threads to take up the sagging skin.
