They both come together to help everyone’s skincare concerns and goals. As an esthetician myself I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Annie is the best! I did my research and found MAI after years of varied experiences at other med spas in DFW. Annie listened to my past experiences and talked through my concerns. She offered several different treatment options to address my neck issue. I chose what worked best for my budget and she respected that without pushing or trying to upsell me. We also discussed how other treatments that other aestheticians suggested were counterintuitive and would not warrant the expense nor the desired result. I lost a significant amount of weight which resulted in sagging skin in my neck area. We did xeomin to smooth and some PDO threads to take up the sagging skin.
